I called later in the evening Tuesday and left a message when my ac was blowing hot air. J.P. showed up Wednesday morning and quickly identified the problem. He replaced the capacitor. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. I had ac unit installed 5 years ago from another company. He asked if it was registered. I showed him my invoice and the part was covered under warranty. I was not expecting that. He could have never asked and charged me for the part. I paid for a service call and that was it. Thank you so much for your honesty. Once again, J.P. was so polite.
