Eyeglass world is a great place. Every location I've been to, I've gotten excellent service. First time at this Riverview location, and, again, great service. Nice and clean store, didn't have to wait long at all, and Dori, well, she's just awesome. If I need anything eyeglass related, bet i will come back here and see her again. Top notch!
My eyeglasses, that I had bought at Eyeglass World got damaged 3 years after I had bought them. It was a post mounted lense which had a damaged connection to the frame. I brought them in and Vwronica the manager went out of her way to assist me but the repair was complicated. Cathy was called in and within 10 minutes and a lot of skill, repaired the glasses. Cathy really knows her business and was as nice as one could be. If you want great service, good prices and tremendous customer satifaction, shop at this store. Thank you Veronica, thank you Cathy.

i came in for just a tightening with my fiancé and Alessia assisted both of us with such a beautiful personality! she was so sweet and thorough, we were in and out in about 10 minutes with all of my problems fixed. happy i came in and got to meet with her!
