She's kind, professional, and very empathetic. She really loves her career, and it isn't just a job to her. She cares about her clients and what they want and will be honest with you and upfront if she can or can't perform what you're asking for. She's always clear about pricing as well and doesn't push product on you. My husband is very picky about his hair, and he LOVES going here. She's the only one he will let do his hair now. I have had the absolute pleasure of having Jenna as my hair artist for over 9 years...i wont use anyone else and i will follow her wherever she goes! Her talents are beyond belief and her knowledge and ability to keep my hair healthy is immeasurable ... she is constantly studying, taking classes and finding newer n better techniques and processes, as well as the best products for my hair n the environment.
