When I left Tampa I didn't know what I was going to do without Badar. I was overly excited to learn that the owner was an apprentice from my favorite shop. She has always been professional and will always ask if you like the work before allowing you to leave her chair. I'm in LOVE with her tinting!Services: Eyebrow shaping
