My other half found the ad online & showed it to me. I had been to my regular orthopedic doctor & nothing helped. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff & Franklin & the Doctor are amazing. Sarah you are amazing!!! They patiently explain/ answer all your questions and concerns in a very timely manner. They work with your insurance companies, more aggressively. Their method of injection with imaging should be the protocol EVERYWHERE. It's very important to inject in the proper area, or all that medicine goes to waste. They also help get you on medications that help. From Franklin to every single person in the office I would give 10 stars if I could. I was not able to walk in on my own due to my knee locking up on my car ride to the office i couldn't even take a step without excruciating pain. The level of concern shown was through the roof from everyone in the office. The Dr said as I got pushed in on a chair you'll be walking out of here on your own. Sure enough, after he drained my knee I was able to walk again. Wow!! I'm heading back next week for viscosupplementation treatment and p.t... They've given me a whole new outlook on my current situation vs the other Doctors saying I need to replace my knee and giving no other options...read full review
Apparently, they have closed. I visited the office in December 2022 for an appointment, but no one was there. The pharmacy staff adjacent to them reported they had closed a few weeks prior. None of the staff notified their client base. I tried multiple attempts after that to call, email and schedule an appointment online, but I haven't received any response.
