I trust that my pet receives the best possible care from Dr. Traci and all other staff. My questions are always answered and there is never any high pressure sales for unnecessary treatment, only care and compassion. I know if Dr. Traci recommends something it’s only because it’s necessary for my pet’s overall well being, not to boost a bottom line. That trust is priceless and I’m very grateful!

I had to bring my sweet girl Miss Karma in for an urgent visit. My regular veterinarian could not get her in. Of course, I was nervous at this prospect. As soon as the veterinarian walked in I said “Wait! I know you. “ She smiled and I realized she had been my vet for years for my other Tibetan Terrier and Yorkie. The trust factor instantly soared and I immediately felt relaxed and confident that every need would be taken care of with care and compassion. We were not let down. This is how good God is. Miss Karma has found her home at Big Bend. Thank you all for getting us right in and your kindness.

I took my 20-year-old cat in several months back because she had a lot of matting in her fur and needed to be examined and groomed. These people were extremely professional very nice and even sent me a card when my poor cat died a few months later. They knew the cat died because I was calling them for advice. I had somebody come to my house to put the cat down. They still cared enough to send me a nice card. I read some negative posts before I went there and I have to say those posts were nonsense these people really really care about you and your pet. The doctor and staff we're very good at their job.
