We have been having issues with our grass for the past 6 months now, and despite the multiple techs coming out to spray it has not been getting better. Luckily, today we had Michael Coughlin come out as he was training a new employee. My husband and I greeted them outside as we wanted to see what else could be done to improve our grass appearance. Can I tell you that Mike is THE ABSOLUTE BEST that we have seen this far @ Bee Green. He went out of his way to explain the reasons for brown patches, gave us pointers on how to restore it going forward and also provided some soil just because he wanted to help. I am beyond impressed and because of this I will be a customer for life! And, the funny part is I had no idea that Mike is the president of the company until the very end of the interaction. How often do you see owners caring about their business so much so that they train newbies? Extraordinary service from Bee Green!
