Our power went out and generator started smoking. They were able to come out quickly and repair the damage. They’re honest and fair. This is the kind of company you want to support and the kind of people you trust in your home… which is priceless. 10/10 recommend!
This place is a dump. The elderly woman at the desk was unpleasant. It took a week for the repairman to look at my pressure washer. He found the problem but the manufacturer ( Ryobi) couldn't get the necessary part for 3-4 weeks!It was still under warranty so Ryobi sent me a new washer. Took 4 weeks total.
I have been going to Allen's electric off and on for the last 6 years. They are all very nice wonderful work gives you great estimate and does the job when he says he's going to do it.
