Although some may be completely satisfied with the service provided by this company; we were not. The representative came and snaked the toilet that was clogged without any water running to assist in declogging it; he did not seem to know where the mainline was, nor did he completely unclog the toilet pipe, after charging $350.00 and departed recommending that our toilet should be hydro jetted and that he would return the next day. The next, he did not return, nor did we receive any call from him or the office of Modern Day Plumbing Service (in which according to the invoice is located in Remington Shores, FL) so my husband contacted their office and was informed that...read full review
