Dr. Fayth, Dr. Jason, and the entire staff are beyond exceptional. As a nurse, I seek only the best for my beloved pets and for emergencies and also all of my pets’ normal vet care, I choose to drive the extra 25 miles to Keys Animal ER. They provide very competent care, fair prices, compassionate and helpful staff, and the only 24 hour vet care in our area. I am so grateful that we have them.
The staff and vet have been very kind. My dog has problems with his heart . He's my baby. I think they understand how scared I am and they've been very helpful and caring. I'm so glad I chose to go to them.
I would give 10 stars if I could. They got me in the day I called. Then they were very personable to me and welcoming to my pet. They gave my pet excellent care and I couldn't ask for more. I will absolutely take my dog there from now on. I would pay anything for my dogs comfort as most would but they were also affordable and fair priced. In fact better than others I've seen in the Keys.
