They are very unsanitary! They refuse the same tools to clean your feet on everyone’s feet! The guy that works here literally took the sponge he scrubbed my feet with, washed it out in my feet water and put it back in the container. No fresh tools here! They also do not do callus removal! I got a pedicure and the bottom of my feet was not taken care of as it should! I asked him T remove my callus and was told no! They don’t know how to do designs and there’s mold in the chairs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I BEG!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They treat you how they want because they’re basically the only in Quincy. I feel played.

Polish was to thick and had not dried in 6 hours on the 2 big toes. Went back for repair very rude and blamed me . Very rude and unprofessional . I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

0 stars. Did an awful job painting my nails with gel polish for manicure and pedicure. It looked like a little kid painted them. Became very rude when it was brought to their attention. Then proceeded to accuse me of doing that to them before when I have never done that before. charged me full price for nails that looked absolutely ugly and unprofessional. Even tore off my skin on multiple fingers while using the electric nail filer. The entire experience was awfully insane. Someone else posted my exact thoughts !!!! Gel nails awful.
