The process of replacing our roof was palpable thanks to the people at the Roofing Company. They actually picked up the phone and sent Jamie Massey, who assessed the situation immediately. He got a tarp on our roof that day. They take care of all of the paperwork. You will get a lot of alerts but I'll take that any day. If I had questions, they answered them. Their prices and financing process was made simple by the Kristin at the financing office. Their employees did a great job and cleaned up the site painstakingly. I had a tapered TPO still under warranty that needed some attention. I was happy with their prompt attention from start to finish. The issue was rectified and the professional repair was completed.
