We had Amilcar Blanco come to our house to check out a noise we heard from our refrigerator... After listening to it the first time, unfortunately it was not making the noise we had complained about. Freezer and refrigerator were cooling as should be, so we were only charged the reasonable diagnostic fee... About a month later we heard the same sound happening again... Again, he came out, removed panel revealing fan and compressor... He hooked up his meter and showed us it was working properly...
He explained the best indication of when something goes wrong is to watch the thermostats we have placed in both freezer and refrigerator...

Excellent service. Punctual, clean, and knowledgeable. Mr.Falero identified the problem immediately and we decided to order the part for Samsung refrigerator 2019. Waited a day. replaced circulating fan. 1,2,3⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will definitely call on him again for appliances and very Fair price.
