Amilcar Blanco of Falero Appliances came out to inspect our icemaker which was icing up. Not only did he tnstall a new icemaker, but also worked very hard to find out why the new icemaker also stopped working. He found out that a new Mother Board was needed. He somehow found the Board for our 11 year old Samsung fridge and then only charged for his cost for the Board with no charge for labor as he felt we had already spent money for the icemaker. It is so very rare to find someone as honest and knowledgeable as Mr Blanco is (he worked for Sears Appliances service before Falero) I can highly recommend Falero if u want the appliance repair done right. 5 stars does not even begin to say enough about how pleased I am with the service provided by Falero Appliances. He came out and fixed my refrigerator so quickly. On the day the day before Thanksgiving as well! Thank you so very much Blanco.
Blanco is a great guy! I contacted him about a fridge and made the purchase the same day. He is very accommodating, he even let us use his dolly to get it home. I will definitely use him in the future for any appliance repairs I may need. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
