Barrows Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We had an excellent experience with Barrows. The owner himself, Charlie, was very responsive and incredibly kind. We needed the cleaning after caring for and ultimately putting down a sick pet, and Charlie was very flexible when we needed to move the scheduling based on the vet's calendar.

On the day of the cleaning itself, David was the one who provided the service. He communicated early with us about his precise arrival time so we could plan our day vs. sitting and waiting for the whole window. Both Charlie and David did a great job of letting us know in advance what they needed logistics wise, which minimized wasted time and confusion upon arrival.

I can’t recommend Barrows Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning enough!
I had originally scheduled service with another company, but when the tech arrived, he changed the pricing on the spot and didn’t seem genuinely interested in cleaning our sofa.
I decided not to move forward with him- lesson learned about doing my due diligence upfront.

They did a wonderful job on my dining chairs and recliner! Went from grey to cream just like what I wanted! The owner got me scheduled right away and David was here on time and done fast, very nice too thank you guys!! My floors are next 🤣
