Do not use this florest. and if you order flowers through a 3rd party such as FTD be sure you ask that they do NOT use this floral shop. Very poor quality and service. I live in Michigan and ordered a very large and beautiful bouquet for my dear friend in Florida through a 3rd party. Anastasias failed to deliver on the scheduled date and when they finally arrived the next day the bouquet was a 1/4 the size it was supposed to be, It arrived with the wrong flowers, a large ugly bow and in the wrong container. The delivery driver actually broke the handle on the ugly wicker basket they were in because she attempted to carry them from the flimsy handle that was attached. To top it off, the young female that delivered them arrived with a very negative attitude and complaining that it took her 45 minutes to get there. My friend said she wouldn't leave and continued to complain. about 10 minutes later my sick friend realized that this driver was wanting my friend to give her a tip! She finally agreed to leave after my friend told her she would accept the flowers in the broken container and agreed not to call the florest to complain.
Ordered flowers from Anastasia Blooms for my mother in law for Mother's Day this May (2022), flowers were never delivered. I was promised another delivery but that never happened. I've been battling with them to get my money back since. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau & the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services but still have been unable to get this company to respond. This is a horrible company - do not do business with them!! Horrible customer service, and they will rip you off!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! 😡😡😡
