AC broke today. Called at 11. Had two techs (Michael and Mike) out by 2:15. These lovely honest gentlemen got right to it. They explained what they were doing and why. They were done within 45 min. The bill was very reasonable. I would highly suggest this company. Please give Mike and Michael a raise. They deserve it for the knowledge, professionalism and kindness.

Roger was my tech for service on 7/14/23. Determined I needed my capacitor needed replacing. It was such a a hot day but the repair went right along. Roger explained what he was doing. AmenAir provides great service and always responds quickly ???

Called Amen Air after-hours yesterday as my AC stopped working. They installed my AC unit several years ago after lightning fried my last one. After cursory inspection I noticed that condensate line/float area was filling up with water. Tried using the wet vac to clear the line and pouring vinegar and hot water down. Nothing seemed to be working. Received a call this morning to advise that a technician would be out to the house. Mike N was my technician for this call. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing. Walked me through step-by-step on how he was going to open up the unit, flush/remove the algae from the pan and clear the line.
