My experience yesterday was great. I have been to the optometrist many times and by far they did the best job. Not rushed, or coerced into anything I didn't really want, they took their time, they were friendly, and very informative . Here's the best part. I thought that my medicare and supplemental didn't pay for any of this and I was expecting to pay the whole thing.Lori caught this and Medicare and supplemental payed for most of the bill. Thank you Lori. Nice catch.

So nice to find somewhere that still understands customer service. At 66 years old I got my first contacts here. They were very patient and encouraging when teaching me how to put them in and out. Staff was helpful, friendly and kind. Patty (office manager) spent a half hour with me on the phone to explain what was going on with my ordered contacts prior to coming in. Great job guys.
