Eric called me ahead of time arrived on time and both his personality and his work were professional. I enjoyed talking with him the entire time as he is a very personable person. I would recommend him to anyone interested in having their carpets or upholstery cleaned. He was very fair to me with his price.

Eric is the best!! He recently did a soda blasting job, to remove mold from our crawlspace. He went above and beyond to help us and completely restored it to looking like new!! I'd highly recommend him for any job you've got. Also, I should mention, he actually calls back and shows up when he says he will... Which sadly, is almost unheard of these days!! Great job!!

I recommend Steam Master 100% for the following reasons. Eric arrived on time which is huge in my book. Upon talking with him I immediately realized he is much more than your ordinary carpet cleaner. Turns out he’s an expert in disaster type work. I only expected to have the carpet cleaned in the bedroom of a rental unit but after we spoke for a few minutes to my amazement he was using hi-tech equipment and examining the inside of the walls for mold and moisture. He gave me a great deal on the carpet cleaning and also a lot of great advise on how to proceed in the future if the problem persists.
