Quite pleased with Royal choice. My appointment was confirmed the day before, which I appreciated. Danny & Roc were on time. I had my couch, loveseat and area rug cleaned. They did a beautiful job. The fibers on my carpet were crushed. After cleaning, the fibers are standing and everything is so much brighter. Danny made sure everything was protected, regarding wall corners. I am pleased and would be happy to recommend them.
I literally can’t recommend Royal choice enough. They were on time, extremely professional. Not to mention, just good people. I had a pot of chili on the stove, I had to take a zoom call and they heard the timer go off but I was stuff on my call and they turned it off so it wouldn’t burn. Most people would have said, not my problem. Not only did they save my dinner but they made my carpets look amazing!! Hire them, they are fantastic!
Danny and Al came right on time and did an excellent job on 4 rooms of carpet and a wool rug. There were several stains and they removed them all. My carpets and rug look great! Danny and Al were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Royal Choice!
