This is our 5th year using Ponce Realty for condo rentals in Daytona Beach Shores. They are very professional and make sure that we are satisfied with our experience staying in one of their properties. We highly recommend using Ponce Realty because they represent both the owner and the renter “fairly”. Beth and Donna are wonderful to deal with.

Summer and Ponce Inlet Realty have handled our long term rental at the Towers of Ponce Inlet for many years. She is very easy to work with and always responds in a prompt manner to help us or the tenants. If any issues arise, Summer is always quick to recommend or find a solution. I would highly recommend Summer if you are looking to rent, buy/sell, etc in the Ponce Inlet area.
