This practice was, at one time, a pleasure with which to consult. Not anymore! When you call for an appointment, you cannot get past the recording that states leave "A" (ONLY ONE) message and expect a return call--the return never happens! We (spouse & I) have not seen a physician in the past few visits (1-3 annually) and the PA staff are extremely rushed. We are leaving the practice. I hope the service improves for those who remain.

I've been going here regularly for 3 yrs for Botox and filler. I called today to make an appointment and they told me that the person I see Put a note in my folder saying they no longer want to see me but no explanation! They were going to call me back to tell me why but never got the call! It really made me feel discriminated against or something! I felt kind of rejected and confused all day!! You kind of want to see the same person forthese procedures! The sad part is I have given their name to four or five of my friends saying how great they are for aesthetics and dermatology. So now I have to find somewhere else to go. I just looked at their rating and it's only a 3.5. I found a new place closer to home and I'm going to call tomorrow for an appointment that has a 4.9 rating.

If it were possible to leave Zero stars, that's likely what most people would see. After 2 treatments was told I would need a 3rd visit with a laser, so I scheduled a follow up appointment, only to come in, be told they don't have the laser, but could schedule a consult at the same location for treatment. I asked if they don't have the equipment, why would I come back for a consult, to be told I need a laser, which they don't have. After that discussion, I Was charged a $50 copay for being told they scheduled me for treatment they could not provide, and to schedule another appointment, so that they could again clarify, that I needed treatment, which they could not provide. This hypocrisy is nauseating.
