Amazing and seamless experience! I found Diamond Detailing on Google. The reviews were stellar, and my car was long overdue for some TLC—so I gave it a shot and send an inquiry message…within a few minutes, I had a link to the booking website and had booked my first detail with Diamond Detailing! It will certainly not be my last…AJ and his teammate did such a wonderful job…they were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were on time, which is such a bonus. Their van was fully equipped with everything they needed to make my car look like brand new…no hose or electricity hook up at my location needed. The space required for the job was only two parking spaces (for their compact van and my mid size SUV)…super beneficial when you live in a condo with limited parking like me…and the small footprint means I can book my next detail at my office, so efficient and convenient! I also really loved the option to use the booking website…it had all the detailing packages, add-on options, descriptions, and pricing, which took the guesswork out of what I needed…it also estimated the duration of the detail based on the options I chose—this was really helpful to know how much time I should leave open for the booking…I could see all of the available dates and times to find the one that fit best with my schedule. The booking website also sends text and/or email updates from start to finish, including booking confirmation, charges summary, appointment reminder, payment receipt, etc…as a bonus, it even let me know when AJ was on the way the day of, estimated his arrival time, and let me know when the booking was complete. I am very happy I used Diamond Detailing, and I am confident you will be too! I actually plan to start my next booking as soon as I finish this review!
They did a great job with my vehicle. The ceramic coating and ceramic window tint turned out awesome. Very professional and run a legit operation.
