WOW! Carmen and Vinnie did a super job in solving our complicated drainage/vent issue and mysterious leaking in the kitchen sink. I was finally able to run the washer without it backing up and no more "gurgling" coming from the kitchen sink when running the washer. They surely are a dynamic duo and proved to me that not all superheroes wear capes! Fair pricing, honesty and integrity and good hard work. Thanks so much!

This is the second time I've had work done by Bill Shafer Plumbing. The first time I had them replace my fixtures, all went well; this time I had a leak that needed addressing. I left a message with the job details and my information, Vinnie got back to me ASAP and was able to sort me out. Resonable pricing, great work, and great customer service. I recommend them and will use them again.

On labor day Sunday, my son was cutting the lawn and he knocked the outside faucet off. I was in Deltona and called Bill Shafer plumbing. by the time I got home the plumber was almost finished. what a professional team of people. I had them out to fix my kitchen faucet another quick and professional job.
