When my mother passed away several years ago, my experience with Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in New Smyrna Beach, was outstanding. Recently, I decided to purchase a trust funded funeral agreement. With my past experience and Baldwin Brothers reputation, I didn't bother shopping around. I met with Mike Quigley in Port Orange, and made arrangements for myself and my brother. My wife and I pre planned our final arrangements today at Baldwin Brothers.
Doug Ranno made the process extremely easy. He explained everything that we needed. Completed the contracts for each of us while having issues with the internet.
He sent us a reminder to make sure we were still planning to meet and later follow up with us. When he followed up we were in the parking lot and were able to meet with him 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Probably gave up his lunch time to take care of our needs.
Could not have been a better experience.
