Office - It was easy to make an appointment online and do all new patient paperwork online!! I was seen at my appointment time. Everything is new and very nice looking.Staff- Every person I encountered there, from front desk check-in, the nurse who rode in the elevator with me, my nurse and nurse practitioner, to the woman at the check out desk, was incredibly kind and friendly. I saw Alison Jimenez (APRN) and she was easy to talk to, listened to me and took my concerns seriously. 10/10

I just had a very pleasant first patient visit. I have been trying to obtain a primary care physician for over 1 year. I am so happy to have landed with Dr. James. She and her whole office were very kind and efficient. Another great thing is that the complex has a lab, radiology, well woman care... It's so convenient. I feel happy to have found a Dr. who cares.Update: She transferred to another office. I haven't had to go back yet, so I can't tell you about the new MD. However, I will go back to the same office. You just can't beat the convenience of having everything in one place. One stop shopping for labs, x-rays, dexa... And the office staff was really nice.
