Family Health Source - Daytona

My first visit was a positive experience overall. The receptionist was welcoming and clearly explained the process for applying for assistance without insurance. The nurse was friendly, professional, and provided excellent care during my physical.

My only concern was during the blood draw. The needle had already been removed from its sterile packaging before I was seated. For patient safety and reassurance, it should remain sealed and be opened in front of the patient. After I politely requested a new unopened needle, the phlebotomist kindly accommodated my request.

Overall, the staff was courteous and professional, and I appreciate the care I received.

Jazmine is very knowledgeable at her job and did an outstanding job to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of with the process . She answered all my questions . It was a joy to have her services ☺️

I cannot say enough good things about this location. I switched my daughter from seeing someone in Deltona to seeing Dr. Madison. From the moment we walked in the medical receptionist was so kind, warm and welcoming. The medical assistant who took my daughter‘s vitals and did her eye test was extremely kind and accommodating. Our experience with Dr. Madison was great, She was personable and professional, and her bedside manner with children is wonderful. I am so glad that we were able to get in at this location.
