Vicki Sorrell, Derrick and front desk were so professional. I originally went in to Urgent Care. Ms. Sorrell examined me and said, you need to go to the emergency room immediately. I had been ill for 2 weeks and was very dehydrated and a fever. She gave me directions and was so caring. I went to ER and was given fluids, antibiotics and Ct scan. I was diagnosed with colitis. After a couple days I started feeling better. I am now Ms. Sorrell’s patient and am so grateful she is my Nurse Practitioner. I’m used to waiting forever at urgent care centers but this was a relatively fast visit! The receptionist, Derek, and Dr. Loren were all so kind and helped lift my spirits despite my week long sickness. I also appreciated that Dr. Loren explained why she was asking me certain questions. It made me feel like she was really trying to be thorough so she could get me the right prescriptions to get better.
I had an excellent experience at Advanced Medical Center. Vicky provided outstanding care for me, my children, and my significant other—she was attentive, compassionate, and truly professional. David was equally impressive, taking the time to explain every step of the process to my seven-year-old son in a way that was educational and reassuring. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. I highly recommend this practice.
