We decided to change accountants just a couple weeks before 2024 tax day because we were unhappy with who we used prior. Above all he paid attention to us, was patient, read through EVERYTHING, and answered all of the questions we had. I never felt rushed and he showed us our break down of the tax documents, explaining everything in detail. He even found discrepancies in our 2023 tax return filed by a different company, showing us that we overpaid in taxes because of something not reported correctly.
