I got a 30 minute foot massage. It really helped. I have psoriatic arthritis in my feet. I did not tell him because I wanted to see if it would help me. He was not gentle but not too rough either. When I went in, I could not curl my toes and now I can. There is some tenderness but I'm sure from me going years since my last massage. I would definitely go back.
