Great service. The workers do a great job of picking up extra items before we can call. We appreciate that they we have this Waste Management service for our area, because we know we have a reliable service.
Waste management does a good job arrives on time and keeps the area clean of refuse. Every once in a while things don’t empty into the truck and it falls on the ground and we have to pick it up overall they do a good job.
Trash pickup is usually on time and done well. Appreciate the yard waste pickup as well. It would be helpful to advertize a phone number dedicated to bulk pickup. We had difficulty finding who to call for this service and was repeatadly told they no longer have this service when others in our neighborhood were picked up
