I had a difficult project associated with my new house build due to environmental and permitting issues but Tropical Pools led by Bobby Foster on this project stuck with it and saw it through to completion offering solid advice along the way. The end result is exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled. Also the service during completion and training on the equipment was excellent. I highly recommend them and Bobby - the whole team was great as well - 5 stars for sure!
Very happy with our pool and lanai area. Bobby Foster was the sales person I was working with and he’s done an excellent job guiding me throughout the whole process. Always professional and helpful with answering questions in timely manner. This is our first home with a pool and they’ve done a wonder job with setting up all the equipment and pool app and teaching us how to use everything. Followed up to make sure we understand necessary maintenance of the pool as well. Although the whole process took longer than originally anticipated, at the end we are very pleased with this great addition to our home.
Tropical pools completed my pool in April ahead of schedule. The process from start to finish was flawless. My salesman, Bobby Fisher was great to work with. Emilio and his guys worked hard removing the grass and framing the pool. Mario did a beautiful job with the waterline tile. The shop guys measured and cut pool cage to fit perfectly. Steve, Calimai and Jojo did a fantastic job assembling the pool cage. Arnell did a beautiful job installing pool equipment. The sub contractors that completed the stem wall, pebble tech, pavers and electrical were all very skilled. Tropical pools built me a beautiful pool and I know they can do the same for you!
