Wow only 1 star blew my mind! I couldn't have been anymore impressed by my technician who came out today! Carlos was beyond thorough! I mentioned one small comment about cobwebs and this guy was out on my Lani for a good 20 min! Not a single cobweb to be seen! He was also extremely responsive to my texts and was super knowledgeable! I wish I would have got the woman's name in the office when I called because she too was absolutely outstanding! Her laugh was infectious and she genuinely cared about what I had to say! I hands down would recommend this company to anyone who needs pest service. We really don't have problems in our home but feel so much better being proactive...read full review
