However, the answering service has room for improvement, with difficulties understanding representatives and long wait times for callbacks. Overall, Millennium Physician Group provides quality medical care and a positive patient experience.
They have lab work here at this location. My scheduled appointment was done on time. I didn't have to wait at all. The lab technician was friendly, professional and helpful. My blood drawing went smoothly. In and out within 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier.
FYI, Dr Zutshi has moved to this location which is inside MILLENNIUM PHYSICIAN GROUP building. - Dr Zutshi is my family doctor. He is attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me a lot of good advices regarding of my current health and scheduling me all necessarily lab tests. I'm glad that he's my family doctor and looking forward to seeing him when needed.
We’ve been with Dr. Black at Millennium for years and while we like him very much it’s becoming apparent that Millennium Physicians Group as a whole has just getting too big and too impersonal to be a good primary care provider.-Impossible to reach a human being on the phone and the answering service is dreadful.-Non-emergency appoints are often months in advance.-Timely access to medical records or test results…forget about it.
