DO NOT USE LINCARE! Dealing with these people has been the most annoying, time wasting process I have ever gone thru. They were unable to locate the proper paperwork for me to get my CPAP for multiple months and despite having all the proper paperwork at their sister Venice office, they were unable communicate even within their own company. After finally getting my CPAP I have had problems with every aspect of patient service from lincare, from getting my equipment on time to billing. These people are so incompetent I’m amazed they don’t forget to breathe. Do yourself a favor and get your CPAP from anywhere else.

They never return calls Very poor billing. My insurance is willing to pay for my cpap machine in full they just need Lincare to ask them to pay for it. I have gone back and forth between the insurance company and Lincare. The insurance company has been good enough to intricate a three way call to Lincare to try and straighten this out ....Still on hold after 45 minutes. Very bad bad service. Go somewhere else... anywhere has to be better than this. This is day three of trying to get this taken care of.

Every time I call they tell me someone will call me back but I never get a call from anyone from LinCare also they took my portable oxygen machine to repair it back in Oct 2019 and I still haven't received it back and no one can tell me why all they tell me is they will have someone call me back but like I said no one ever Calls me back. They SUCK for a medical supply company.
