Everything from our first phone call to the day of service was met with great customer service. We had a good time chatting with Manny who came out to do our service.. I think we distracted him a little because he forgot to leave the bait traps in the kitchen. We just went and picked some up. My only suggestion would be to have a schedule planned for each service after the initial one so that your customer can better plan for your visits. Thank you again for such a great customer service.

Ian the exterminator has been treating my home, and I must say, his service has been nothing short of exceptional.
