Our realtor Denise Artery hit the nail on the head with our new home! We told her what we needed and she did not disappoint. She held our hand the whole way and made it crystal clear for us first time buyers. Extremely knowledgeable and didn’t leave one question unanswered. She helped us stay exactly where we wanted so we could be minutes away from it all including a wonderful school. Five stars is NOT enough for the spectacular service we received from her. Highly recommend Deb Guinto and her partner Debi for any of your realty needs. We recently worked with them on the sale of our property in Punta Gorda - getting us more than asking price! and we are also working with them on a new build with Capital Built Homes. They are very attentive to our needs, they know the market, and they make us feel like we are their only client though I know they have many.
