Mike and his team were very helpful and honest . I was taking the car in for my dad and needed additional information from him and Mike was very patient, he also helped me replace the wipers that fell off during a recent car wash ..thank you team at Firestone really appreciate you .
Scott and Brandon went well out of their way to assist me with my diesel fuel leak and required repairs. As luck would have it, our initial replacement part was defective and created three new issues once installed. Both guys (along with a few others) spent a lot of extra time over the course of two shop visits to troubleshoot, test and ultimately repair my truck, knowing I was under a significant time crunch. My first time at Firestone.. I'm impressed. Had a bad experience at a dealership. My son in law told me to go to Firestone, that is where he goes. I did. My questions were answered. My car was fixed. I plan on going there for all my car needs. Everyone was very nice. I appreciated that.
