Our shower handle malfunctioned, and despite trying to turn off the water coming from it, it never abated. Called Charlotte Plumbing and they could not have been more amazing. My mother had used them before (as did her long-time Port Charlotte neighbor) and especially loved them b/c they did not try to up-sell her (widespread practice with national/bigger companies as she learned post-Ian, unfortunately). I discovered my water tank leaking and called Charlotte Plumbing ASAP I spoke with Courtney who was amazing from the moment she picked up the phone. She is very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. She explained that there were no techs available until Thursday but she worked her magic and was able to get me in on Wednesday. ( Greatly Appreciated). they sent a young woman out with new water tank and moments later Rock and Alex arrived and took care of the situation professionally and promptly! I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing anytime you have Plumbing issues. Thanks to the entire team, you guys are Awesome ? ? ? ?

Had a clogged faucet aerator. Didn't have the right tool to remove the aerator. Posted on the Wellen Park Facebook page looking for help. Ashley, from Charlotte Plumbing, posted right away that they could help. Called and talked to Ashley. She was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She scheduled me for the next day. Technician, Damien, showed up on time the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed the clogged aerator and thoroughly cleaned it and flushed the faucet. He even left me the aerator removal key in case I need it in the future. I would definitely use Charlotte Plumbing in the future.
