I had an appointment with Vic for balayage when i have brunette hair. I was already skeptical because the whole page is filled with blondes. When i first got there and she saw my hair it felt as if she was bothered by me being there and didn’t want to work with my hair. She did a test strand and told me my hair is “too damaged” and then told me don’t go anywhere else and to wait three years for my hair to grow. I have never been told my hair is damaged so i went to a different salon and they said my hair is healthy and also did a wonderful balayage for me. I tried posting a review around a month ago and it was removed so i'm trying again. I found this salon through instagram and had loved the work posted so I decided to give it a try. I had my appointment with the owner and was extremely disappointed to say the least. Not only did she have extremely unprofessional manners but she also left my hair damaged with little to no change in the color. After one day my hair was falling out in chunks and after one wash a majority of my "highlights" were gone. I also noticed after putting my hair up that the underside layer of my hair was not touched leaving the color disproportionate all over. I am not usually one to complain about pricing and I understand the cost of materials but I paid a ridiculous amount for the lowest of quality work. I have not been able to get my hair fixed due to the damage and have wasted a large amount of money here. Extremely upset and disappointed!

I received a phone call a half hour prior to my lash appointment and was told that she was running late. I advised her that I had another appointment and I would have to reschedule. She then proceeded to charge me $55 for a cancellation fee when she was the one interfering with my schedule. This is very bad customer service and I will never go here for any type of service.As you can see from the owner’s response which was wrong and she was given the incorrect information from her lying employee. It seems they are never responsible for anything. It’s always everyone else. What an attitude for a customer service job. You would be mad also if you were charged a cancel...read full review
