During the age of COVID where you might expect customer service to be a bit dicey, ZAP supplies was exceptional. Polly, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and extremely professional on every interaction. When she said she was going to do something, she did it. I didn’t even have to leave my couch ( I live in Orlando)
I received my samples in the mail, she followed up. When I was unsure about the color and how it would look in my home she face-timed me. She even looked for pictures from prior customers.

I came to ZAP looking for some high end luxury vinyl flooring to replace my current flooring due to a leak and I was not disappointed! The product is amazing and easy to install. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Polly did an amazing job in helping us select our flooring, she also made sure the transaction went smoothly- I got my order quickly and was able to have my new flooring installed before the end of the week. All in all if you’re in the area and looking for new flooring there’s no other place to go.
