We built our brand new home with Z construction back in 2020-22. We started working with John and Ted took over as GC. Z was more than willing to show us projects they had done and were working on to see the quality of their work. They streamlined the process from start to finish. Our supervisors were very knowledgable and put our wish list as a top priority. One thing that stood out to us was their subs and how well they worked together.
