X Terminator Pest Control

We have a short term rental
Property in Fort Lauderdale and the hardest part is finding trustworthy companies to help us when we need it. Steve and his crew have helped me multiple times with pest and rodent control and he’s honest, fair priced, and a great communicator. I can’t recommend these guys enough! The front desk staff is very helpful
Too. They’ve gone out of their way to get us on the schedule right away. Thanks so much guys! We really appreciate you!

I called mid morning on a weekday, and was able to have Travis come to the house for a free estimate the same day. Travis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided a free estimate as promised. He explained exactly what the issue was, how he would treat it, and how much it would cost to maintain a preventative service. I appreciated that he was able to get to the house same day, showed up when expected, and sent a quote as promised. I would not hesitate to contact this company again if I have future pest control issues.

I called X Terminator Pest Control about 9:00 on a weekday morning as I discovered what I thought were termites that had infested a wood desk. They were able to set me up with an appointment the same day, and provide a free estimate to treat the issue. Travis came at the appointed time, explained what the issue was, (not termites, and fortunately, not a destructive situation), and explained how to eliminate the problem. Travis was very nice, professional, informative, and I believe his quote was very competitive. I will contact this company again if I have any future issues.
