WHO staff , from Sonia and Kirsten in the front office, to Joe and Adam in the field, provided exemplary service. I had a defective Rheem water heater that had been approved for exchange by Rheem. The new water heater was to be supplied via Hone Depot. For a variety of reasons Home Depot refused to make the exchange. Sonia and Kirsten diligently followed up with the Home Depot store managers. Just when we thought the details had been agreed to, Home Depot exchanged a 50 gallon tank for what should have been an 80 gallon tank.Sonia had to then contact Home Depot the following day to begin the process again. When Adam went to pick up the tank the Home Depot managers would not authorize the exchange. Adam spent nearly 90 minutes trying to get the tank released. To make a long story short, I then went to the store and was able to finalize the exchange. Adam then installed the tank this morning. I cannot day enough good things about the WHO staff. They are the best at helping the customer! And their work is excellent. Adam was able to install the water heater in a space that left him a margin of only 1”. I strongly recommend WHO when you need a new water heater.
