I don't think I ever have the words to say how amazing units was. We first started by dealing with PODS who was such a nightmare, and when I googled and found units, from the get go they were so nice and responsive. No chasing, all emails and calls were answered right away. We had a pod the next day, not to mentioned any pickup, delivery and repositioning was done same day, I truly don't know how they make it all possible. Daiana is truly amazing to work with and she made moving a breeze, I hope we don't ever move again, but if we do, it will be with Units thank you again!
I needed to move since I sold my house and was looking for portable storage. I wanted the flexibility of being able to move at my own schedule. My plan was to rent the unit and take time to work through 30 years of stuff without bringing them into the new place. I checked out 1800 pack rats, Pods and Units and decided on Units since their facility was closer to where I will be moving to.
