I knew I had some sort of a termite problem so I reached out to the company and they sent AJ out the next day and he quickly identified the problem and the kind of termite. He spent 45 minutes explaining to me the whole process of tenting, how to prepare, walked the entire inside of my house and perimeter and answered all of my questions. He really put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with the process as any time you find termites it can be very stressful. I had a quote very quickly and a date. I’m so happy we hired this company! They answered all questions, gave us our options for termites and walked us through the process to tent. They were very professional and easy to work with.
