The experience of ordering tile from Stonetileus was five-star in every way. The whole process from first phone call to the delivery took less than a week. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite, and very nice but never pushy. The tile was shipped out less than a day after the order and arrived in Pennsylvania from Florida in two days. The travertine was extremely well packed in a wooden crate. Only three pieces were broken which is way less than the ten percent all shippers of tile say to expect. The stone itself is so beautiful -- better than the pictures. Can't wait to see it in our house. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. I highly recommend... read full review
