So happy I found this hidden gem!! I went in for an iPhone 11 battery and screen replacement and Francisco did an A+ job!! The phone works great and looks like new for $130.00 (a price you can not beat). He fixed the phone while I waited and it only took about 30 minutes. I have used Batteries Plus in the past but I prefer a family-owned business that offers personal service with a great price. I highly recommend you giving this place a try.

Expert professional service by Technician. He immediately assessed the problem (on/off switch broken 5 year old Dell laptop) and addressed it with a temporary fix. He ordered the new part specific to my Dell model and in two days the part arrived. He installed it. Took his time making sure I could operate laptop, explained the fix, and gave expert advice going forward: "Don't press the on/off button so hard. It is responsive to a light touch." Technician was extremely professional, knew immediately what to do, explained his work as he proceeded. Expert technical repair and friendly customer service.
