Booked a spa day for my mom and I… we booked to be seen together but the spa called just a couple hours before our appointment (after 10am) to say we can’t be seen together because one of their masseuse would not be in. It Was a big inconvenience because we had 1:30pm scheduled but we were told they could only accommodate 1 person. The other Person would have to be seen at 12pm. I know things happen, so we dropped everything to be there but ran into some traffic.The spa calls to say they only have a 10 min grace period. Premium prices but mediocre service. Booked for my birthday . Had a 35 minute wait. Champagne was offered. However the massage therapist was not knowledgeable about massages at all. My massage therapist needed more training . ?

Altho, it's about 50 minutes from my house, I gave it a try. WOW MIGDALIA gave me the best massage. She has blessed hands. So worth the trip!! They also have nice stuff you can buy, like clothes. Definitely going back.girla at front desk were super sweet
