They came out late at night on a weekend to diagnose our problem, gave us several options to choose from, and we had a whole new system by the end of Monday for a good price. Very nice bunch both on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.

Prime Time Cooling is beyond competent and knowledgeable. They installed a new A/C system and new air ducts. They. Were. Amazing. And the best part, there is actually a live person who answers the phone. Helpful. Caring. They WILL take care of your AC and fix the problem. Call them!

Ac blowing hot air so I called and they had a tech at my house by the end of the day. Knew the problem within minutes and had my ac pumping cold air within 15 minutes of him knocking on my door. Prime time is the best!! The company that installed my ac 10 years ago starting overcharging and putting me off for days until a tech could be dispatched. Found prime time through Yelp and haven't looked back since. Techs are always friendly and straight to the point on what needs to be done and what may have to be done in the future by thoroughly inspecting your units inside and out so you are prepared without having to wonder when the next problem will arise.
