I've had a mostly positive experience with the techs themselves, MOSTLY, but the CSRs in the office are almost always negative.Ridiculous wait times, then when you finally get someone on the phone, decent chance they'll have an attitude with you. Good luck getting a callback after leaving a voicemail. Can't recommend this company.

Pride is always fast to respond and professional in their work. Estaban and the Treasure Coast crew are the best. I highly recommend them for trouble shooting, complete system repair or replacement and your annual check up. Ed
